These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Affi mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using Affi, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Affi.
If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current.
3. Your Content
Affi allows you to create content such as:
- recorded affirmations
- written affirmations
- audio soundtracks
- journal entries
- uploaded media (where available)
You retain ownership of the content you create.
You grant Affi a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- violate applicable laws
- infringe the rights of others
- upload malicious software
- attempt unauthorized access
- interfere with the operation of the Services
- use Affi for unlawful purposes
5. Wellness Disclaimer
Affi is designed for educational, personal development, and wellness purposes.
Affi does not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical or psychological concerns.
6. Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before the renewal date.
Apple manages all App Store billing.
7. Intellectual Property
Affi, its branding, software, graphics, and original content are owned by Affi LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
Users may stop using Affi at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affi and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of Affi after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
